Walk & Talk at cowdray ruins

16th March, 11:00AM - 12:00AM | Cowdray Estate

Journey through time and hear how life might have looked at the Cowdray Estate during the Tudor reign. This short guided walk will give you a taste of how people lived and worked at Cowdray throughout history, as well as memorable figures who graced it’s hallways.

The South Downs Festival of Food & Fizz

22nd March, 10:00 AM – 9:00 PM | Langham Brewery

A feast for the senses, spend the day exploring and sampling a rich array of local culinary delights alongside live music, talks and workshops. All vendors can be found with a 50-mile radius of the venue, showcasing the diverse landscape of high-quality food and drink that the South Downs has to offer.

Hospitality & Power at Elizabethan Cowdray

25th March, 2:00PM – 3:30PM | Cowdray Halls & Ruins

Explore Cowdray through the eyes of an Elizabethan, as Dr Caroline Adams walks you through the twists and turns of Queen Elizabeth I’s 1591 progress, and what life would have been like at the Estate during this era. You’ll begin with refreshment at Cowdray Hall before wandering down to the Tudor Kitchen at the Ruins.

Mother’s Day Afternoon Tea

30th March, 12:00PM - 4:00PM | The Walled Garden, Cowdray Ruins

Celebrate the mother’s in your life with a glass of bubbly and seasonal spread, surrounded by the verdant charm of the Walled Garden. Indulge in locally sourced sweet and savoury delights prepared by The Yellow Kitchen, with the perfect Springtime backdrop.

Extended Deep Immersive Sound Journey

30th March, 03:00 PM – 05:30 PM | Cowdray Hall

Join seasoned sound therapist Jez Smith, for this deeply immersive sonic experience. This 2 hour session will transport you to a realm of intense relaxation, soothe your busy mind and melt the stresses away. It will be followed by 30 minutes of down-time where refreshment will be provided.
